Terms & Conditions
Foamageddon DFW
HaleWags Event Ventures LLC d/b/a Foamageddon DFW
Last Updated: September 17, 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to services provided by HaleWags Event Ventures LLC, doing business as Foamageddon DFW (“Foamageddon DFW,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking an event, paying a deposit, or accepting services from Foamageddon DFW, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Booking & Event Confirmation
Submitting a booking or availability request does not guarantee or reserve an event date.
An event is considered reserved only after Foamageddon DFW has confirmed availability and received the required booking deposit.
A deposit equal to 25% of the total event price is required to secure the event date and time. The remaining balance is due according to the payment terms provided at booking.
2. Pricing & Additional Charges
Pricing is based on the package, event duration, location, upgrades, and other services agreed upon at booking.
Additional services, extended operating time, travel outside our standard service area, special setup requirements, or other requested additions may result in additional charges. Any additional charges will be communicated to the customer.
3. Customer Cancellations & Rescheduling
For cancellations made 14 or more days before the scheduled event, the booking deposit may be transferred one time to another available event date.
For cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled event, the booking deposit is forfeited and is non-refundable.
Customer cancellations or no-shows on the day of the event will result in forfeiture of the booking deposit. Additional amounts may be due when applicable under the customer's booking agreement.
Rescheduled events are subject to Foamageddon DFW's availability.
4. Weather & Safety
Foamageddon DFW events are generally held outdoors and are subject to weather and site conditions.
Foamageddon DFW reserves the right to delay, pause, reschedule, or discontinue services when weather or site conditions—including lightning, severe storms, high winds, or other hazardous conditions—make operation unsafe.
Weather-related safety decisions regarding operation of Foamageddon DFW equipment will be made by Foamageddon DFW.
If an event must be rescheduled because of unsafe weather, payments already made will be transferred to one available rescheduled date without an additional rescheduling fee.
Inclement weather that does not prevent safe operation does not automatically qualify an event for cancellation, refund, or rescheduling.
5. Event Site & Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for providing an appropriate event location with sufficient space for the scheduled service.
The customer must provide Foamageddon DFW with reasonable access to the event area for setup and breakdown.
Any required access to water, electricity, parking, loading areas, or other site resources will be communicated before the event.
The customer is responsible for obtaining any permissions or approvals required by the property owner, venue, homeowners association, municipality, or other applicable organization.
6. Participants & Supervision
Participation in foam activities is voluntary.
Children and minors must be appropriately supervised by a responsible adult. Foamageddon DFW's equipment operator is responsible for operating Foamageddon DFW equipment and is not a childcare provider or substitute for adult supervision.
Participants should follow instructions provided by Foamageddon DFW personnel and avoid intentionally unsafe behavior.
Customers should inform Foamageddon DFW before the event of known site conditions or circumstances that could affect safe equipment operation.
7. Foam, Surfaces & Personal Property
Foam activities involve water and foam and may cause surfaces, clothing, shoes, personal belongings, and surrounding areas to become wet.
Customers and participants are responsible for securing electronics, valuables, and other items that should not become wet.
Because surfaces and materials vary, Foamageddon DFW cannot guarantee that every surface, fabric, landscaping material, or personal item will react identically when exposed to water or foam solution.
Participants should use appropriate footwear and exercise caution because wet surfaces may become slippery.
8. Equipment
All equipment supplied by Foamageddon DFW remains the property of Foamageddon DFW unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Customers and participants may not operate, move, modify, disconnect, climb on, or interfere with foam cannons, electrical equipment, hoses, speakers, or other Foamageddon DFW equipment unless specifically authorized by our personnel.
The customer may be responsible for damage to equipment resulting from intentional misuse, unauthorized handling, negligence, or actions by the customer or the customer's guests.
9. Event Duration
Event time is based on the duration purchased in the customer's package or custom agreement.
Foamageddon DFW will make reasonable efforts to arrive with sufficient time for setup before the scheduled service period.
Additional operating time is subject to availability and may require an additional fee.
10. Large & Custom Events
Festivals, schools, churches, corporate events, community events, and other large or custom events may require additional terms, site requirements, insurance documentation, agreements, or event-specific conditions.
If an event-specific written agreement conflicts with these general Terms & Conditions, the terms of the event-specific agreement will control for that event.
11. Photos & Media
Foamageddon DFW may photograph or record its equipment and event setup for business, marketing, or promotional purposes.
Permission should be obtained before using identifiable images of individual participants for promotional purposes where required. Customers may notify Foamageddon DFW before the event if photography or recording is restricted by the venue or event organizer.
12. Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability
Foam activities involve water, wet surfaces, physical activity, outdoor conditions, and other risks commonly associated with recreational events.
Participants are responsible for exercising reasonable care and following safety instructions.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Foamageddon DFW and HaleWags Event Ventures LLC will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in an event or use of the services.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to waive or limit any right or liability that cannot legally be waived or limited under applicable law.
Any separate participant waiver, venue agreement, or event-specific agreement remains subject to its own terms.
13. Service Refusal or Termination
Foamageddon DFW reserves the right to refuse, pause, or terminate service when conditions are unsafe, participants interfere with equipment, customers or participants fail to follow reasonable safety instructions, or circumstances prevent the service from being performed safely.
14. Changes to Event Details
Customers should notify Foamageddon DFW as soon as possible regarding changes to the event location, date, time, estimated attendance, or other significant event details.
Changes are subject to availability and may affect pricing or service requirements.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
16. Changes to These Terms
Foamageddon DFW may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. The version applicable to a booking will generally be the version provided or available when the booking is finalized, except where changes are required by law or subsequently agreed to in writing.
